Shipping & Returns



Items shipped back to us within 7 business days of receiving, will receive a full refund. Shipping rate is nonrefundable. After 7 days store credit is issued. Please allow 2-3 business days for refunds to process. If you receive an item that you believe is damaged, please report it to us within 2 business days. After the 2 business days, we will not be able to replace the item or give a refund. PLEASE NOTE- Transactions made using a store credit are nonrefundable.



All Sale Items are FINAL Sale. Any promotional/flash sale items can be returned for store credit if they meet all the return criteria. ALL SALES FINAL ON EARRINGS,  HAIR ACCESSORIES (INCLUDING HATS) AND LEGWARMERS/SOCKS. THIS IS FOR HYGENIC PURPOSES AND THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS ON THESE ITEMS.


Store Credit


Items must be recieved within 14 business days of receiving the order to get a store credit  Anything after that will not be accepted. Anything that smells of smoke, has stains, animal hair or damages will not be taken back. It must be in its original condition.


Once we receive returns they will be processed within 3-6 business days and at this time you will be issued a store credit  through your account in the price of the item or items you sent back minus the shipping charges. We are not responsible for the return shipping charges.



If you would like to pick up locally to avoid shipping charges, please enter code:  LOCAL at checkout.  The item will be available for you to pick up at our Folsom, California location within 48 hours.  The pick up address is:  410 Palladio Pkwy, ste 1621 Folsom CA 95630.  All regular orders will be shipped within 5-7 business days.


Please note- all returns will automatically be issued a store credit unless stated otherwise on the invoice when returned.
